Distribute and maintain communication equipment at Folsom State Prison for Incarcerated Individuals. On a day to day basis, respond to tickets for broken or non-working equipment such as tablets, kiosks, or wall telephones. Respond to emails and calls from Correctional staff in regards to equipment.

• Dispatched between 20-25 units at one time. Responsible for assisting with call intake, setting up transports and working with crews to ensure no issues occur. Fast paced environment that involved multi-tasking and being able to work under pressure. Required basic medical terminology knowledge and understanding of EMS transportation.

• I Assisted Guests with purchases and returns, organized items to get properly returned to the sales floor.
• Assisted multiple stores with openings and remodels as a Fixture Captain. Responsible for organizing and preparing equipment and displays for use in the store. Responsible for reading and understanding store plans and interpreting them for use in store.
