Assist with daily living: passing breakfast/lunch trays assist with feeding, repositioning every 2 hr or as needed, hygiene, bathing and assisting getting patients dressed for the day and documenting/charting for the day RNA Weekly/ Monthly weights feeding program daily exercise for those patients that are on the program
