Full time working with a case load of up to 10 case management clients and 4 therapy clients and completing annual and initial assessments. Experienced in working with major psychotic disorders such as Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective and Borderline Personality Disorders. Continuing to develop skills in CBT, MI and NMT.
Interning three times a week working with low income clients suffering from depression, anxiety, substance abuse and other problems. Learning to teach and improve mental and emotional well being in a diverse group of clients.
In charge of training management for 120 members of squadron. Ensured all members were compliant with guidance handed down by Air Force leadership. Helped teach new members the basics of computer networking. Mentored 10 members brand new to the military/Air Force almost daily.
