I was asked to join their team as a traveling superintendent building and managing instal and dismantle projects for various trade shows and private events. My main tasks were time management, logistics of the build, positive client relations/reassurance, communication of progress/ future schedule, managing freight and optimally solving issues if need be.

I was hired on as a project manager where I conducted job walks, wrote estimates based off site plans and on site job walks, scheduled projects, communicated with clients and managed builds on the residential and commercial level.

I was asked to join their team as a superintendent in central idaho supervising various projects such as new build custom homes, new build structures for agriculture use, remodels and custom welding/fabrication. I was then relocated back to their Pheonix division where I oversaw and managed commercial tenant improvements and residential remodels. My tasks were to read and understand project plans, schedule trades accordingly, order materials, schedule and attend inspections with the given city, keep communication with clients up to date through weekly/daily emails and phone calls and Manage expenses reports for the project.

I Started as a laborer working with multiple trades such as landscape, hardscape, framing, electrical, plumbing, masonry, roofing, flooring and welding/fabrication. Through the years and experience gained, I then moved to Forman running jobs in the commercial and residential space. I then took over the welding/fabrication division of the company where I was the lead metal fabricator building custom pieces for projects. I estimated and scheduled projects, conducted job walks along side of assisting other construction projects within the company on a management level.
