• Streamlined workflow processes for improved team productivity and project outcomes.
• Tracked and generated monthly KPI data for the Maintenance Department.

• Responsible for providing guidance for up to 350 sailors at a time.
• Provide assistance and reference material to sailors looking for schooling or certification opportunities outside or inside of the Navy.
• Assist personnel who desire to continue their Navy career with applicable administration documents, and those who desire to separate from the Navy in formulating a path for success following separation.
• Review advancement data and administration for all sailors under my supervision.

Reactor Control Division Leading Petty Officer.

• Supervised, performed and coordinated administrative paperwork generation and maintenance.
• Direct supervisor for a division of 12 sailors.
• Coordinated and supervised work package generation and maintenance during a dry docking maintenance availability.

Engineering Department Training Assistant.

• Managed and tracked qualification program and examinations for over 120 sailors.
• Initiated transition from paper to electronic qualification tracking and exam generation.
• Managed continued training plan and monthly examinations for approximately 50 sailors.
• Created drill prop simulations, and coordinated ship's training drills. Wrote drill monitor guides, as well as simplified troubleshooting guides for faults in reactor instrumentation and control equipment.

Department Watchbill Coordinator.

• Scheduled and tracked duty cycles and watch rotations for approximately 50 sailors.

Automated Quarterly Data Report Petty Officer.

• Managed programs and tracked data associated with reactor fuel depletion and various other plant limiting data points.
• Generated quarterly report which was sent to Naval Reactors using data tracked.
• Wrote an instruction for Reactor Operation Logs to streamline and simplify tracking of applicable data.
