From outside opinion as well as my own I am considered to be a reliable, top-notch, hard working, and dedicated sales associate with outstanding customer service skills and relationship-building strengths. I try to engage with every customer that comes across my face or is within a certain distance to help improve their shopping experience and that I hope to aid in their search for a desired product or brainstorm ideas to answer any questions on what products would be beneficial for what they would like to accomplish.

When I have been faced with a question/challenge I have never been afraid to ask another associate or manager for help from product information to customer issues because I strongly believe that communication and team work are very important to make a work space more efficient and less stressful for the customers, associates, managers and the company as a whole. Even when I have reached out to other associates I was able to obtain more details on certain subjects ranging from product information to customer support and have used that knowledge in following situations to resolve any issue or have a base line to compare to an altered situation.

A few of my key strengths that I look proudly upon is my ability to adapt and learn quickly to a given situation along with the ability to think from different perspectives to assist any given situation that either directly involves me or I am brought into in order to aid another associate.

Some additional information that I would like to disclose about myself is that I am originally from a small town outside of Binghamton known as Endicott where IBM was created. My heritage can be traced back to Europe such as Germany/Austria, Italy, and Czech Republic but unfortunately I do not have much of the Italian appearance but have the physical work ethic of my German ancestors. From the time that I was able to work I discovered that my preferable way to work is either by working hands on or interacting with others to solve their needs/problems over a longer shift period than most people would typically work because I love to work and feel that I actually earned my payment. Many other individuals including myself see me as an "old fashioned" soul because of how I was being raised by mainly by my mother and Italian grandmother the men in the family don't have that high of a fear factor, plus I tend to listen to older style music such as early 60's classic rock and German opera.

My intention after graduation is to obtain a job that can help me improve my skills as well as help develop new skills in my field of study to be able to prove my worth to the company while creating a better reputation for the company by helping others that rely on the reliable and careful execution of my skills that I have learned.
