Led 14-member specialized flight supporting DoW-directed live fire test & evaluation. Managed a diverse $3M industrial machinery portfolio executing R&D, engineering, rapid prototyping, metals fabrication, avionics, and repair for QF-16, E-9, subscale aerial targets, marine recovery vessels, and EW assets.

Provided system-level technical expertise for the F-15 ACES II Ejection Seat and Automated Weight & Balance System as the approval authority for depot maintenance and field repairs.

Provided engineering consultation as liaison between maintenance group and 4 aircraft System Program Offices. Expedited Engineering Technical Assistance Requests by translating maintenance needs to program office engineers and providing them relevant data.
