Spent time learning and developing my skills to program video games, spent time talking to publishers, formulating a business plan, keeping track of the tasks that need to be done, and diagnosing and solving issues with back end hardware or software used to produce a game.

Handled all interactions with the manufacturers to order parts for repairs, negotiated rates and repair times, and kept inventory of all the parts to use for repairs, while continuing the work in the repair shop.

Took the responsibility for the majority of the tech shop, overseeing the handling for most of the repairs, and delegating easier repairs to assistants or new part-time techs.

Worked with warranty products and with customer items, needing to be diagnosed and serviced to the specifications by the customer or manufacturer.
