Nicholas Morrone

· Lead end-to-end delivery of 200+ construction projects, managing $5M+ in active budgets from preconstruction through closeout.

· Oversee 10–15 concurrent job sites, coordinating general contractors and trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, environmental, and specialty contractors.

· Ensure projects remain compliant with HUD, EPA, OSHA, and state/local building codes while maintaining schedule momentum and cost control.

· buildings for building, fire, and life-safety compliance.

· Reviewed construction permits, plans, and site work for zoning, code,

· and safety adherence.

· Coordinated corrective actions with property owners, contractors, and
