Using digital resources to aid in diagnosis and repair orders, use of scan tools and electronic diagnosis equipment, maintenancing and servicing air conditioning and heat systems. Understanding how to use and read a schematic as well as use of computers for putting together repair quotes and documenting information related to repairs and diagnosis to keep customers informed.
