Perform all repairs and maintenence on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including but not limited to recalls, basic maintenance, in depth diagnosis both mechanical and electrical, internal major component repair such as engine, transmission, and drivetrain. Using digital resources to aid in diagnosis and repair orders, use of scan tools and electronic diagnosis equipment, maintenancing and servicing air conditioning and heat systems. Understanding how to use and read a schematic as well as use of computers for putting together repair quotes and documenting information related to repairs and diagnosis to keep customers informed. Using all types of equipment from hands tools, power tools, welders, acetelyne torches, as well as vehicle lifting equipment safely and properly. All while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Performing any and all maintenence and repairs, including diagnosis, across a wide variety of boat manufacturers and engine manufacturers. Use of equipment such as medium sized tractors, small cranes and rigging equipment, fork lifts, and the ability to maneuver boats and trailers of all sizes in a safe manner. The ability to talk with customers and explain repair options and diagnosis while also putting together parts and repair quotes, billing and accepting payment through digital processors. Towing trailers and hauling boats in and out of marinas for repairs and maintenence. Use of brand specific diagnostic scan tools along with specialty tools and fixtures for brand or component specific repairs and procedures. Day to day flexibility to perform any tasks needed within the business, as well as working schedule and hour flexibility when required. Experience gained in electrical and wiring of new components, from accessories to engine harnesses, as well as experienced gained with gear box repairs, hydraulic cylinder and systems repairs, and engine replacements and rebuilds. All while keeping customers boats clean and in better shape then when delivered and keeping a clean and efficient work space. Work was performed in all weather conditions indoors and outdoors in all temperatures from hot to cold. Responsible for keeping track of parts inventory, updating digital systems, as well as putting together accurate bills and statements for customers.

Perform maintenence and repairs across all General Motors branded vehicles from recalls to internal engine and drivetrain component repairs. Provide accurate diagnosis' for customer concerns as well as accurate quotes for parts and labor to perform repairs. Work performed in an efficient manner, generally fast paced but with quality coming first. Use of common hand tools, power tools, and specialy brand specific equipment to perform repairs efficiently and accurately. Use of general shop equipment including vehicle lifts, welders, torches, and hydraulic presses and jacks. Diesel engine and emissions system diagnosis and repair was a large portion of my primary work load including replacing engines, fuel system components as well in depth electrical diagnosis for engine systems and emissions systems. Performed alot of automatic transmission repairs and replacements as well as many engine repairs and replacements, including removing whole powertrain assemblies to gain access to perform repairs. Diagnosis and repairs on all electrical systems and lighting system, wiring repairs and replacment. Programming of modules amd configurations performed with scan tools. Use of schematics and brand specific diagnostic information on computers while also performing warranty work and following technical service bulletins and documenting all warranty related information for repairs
