ChemOrganics is a Specialty Chemical Manufacturing plant that primarily focuses on Small Batch Chemical processes.

• Monitor and Control Daily plant operations by constantly reviewing and monitoring production and quality; anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintains adequate records of key production variables such as production volume, yield, plant uptime, utility consumption, etc., on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis, as required.
• Samples and tests process streams as required by the QA program and procedures. Maintains QA records; Understands and interprets QA results and takes appropriate action when required.
• Participates in plant maintenance program and preventive maintenance activities as required.
• Managed inventory levels effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping for raw materials and finished products.

• Forklift operator- Drive containers to its location and bring supplies for next order.
• Machine operator- take samples from train, clean machine for product changes, and operate machine to get the product in the containers.
• Maintain warehouse inventory by regulating supplies, process supply orders and ensure product availability.

• Payroll/ Employee Scheduling- Create and maintain employee work schedule for staff of 20 based on yearly budget of payroll hours, monitored shift changes, review timecards and fixed mismatches, approved and entered work hours into corporate system.
• Customer Service- Greet and interact with customers and staff, settle complaints and issues.
• Employee Management- Supervise crew of twenty employees including time management, new employee hiring, terminations, bi-annual evaluations, mentoring/counseling new employees.
