Leadership Experience

Learned how to lead early through my work ethic. Working full time in the food industry taught me a lot while I was in high school. I took that same work ethic with me when I went into the petroleum industry. Always have been put into leader roles. Supervisor, foreman, etc. I feel the biggest part of leading a team is listening to someone and engaging into the issue with the same amount of effort as the individual presenting the problem.
