- Responsible for supervising patrons throughout the day at Buccaneer Bay. Supervising patrons in the lazy river, 25-yard pool, and on the Tower 1 and 2 slides. Enforcing rules and regulations, and providing first aid to patrons. Assisted with closing procedures by cleaning and maintaining the Buccaneer Bay water park area after operating hours. Monitored pools, slides, and aquatic attractions to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Enforced facility rules and safety procedures to prevent accidents, and maintain a secure environment.
- Responded quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues, first aid, and CPR when necessary. Stayed alert and aware of the pool area at all times to help keep guests safe in a busy environment.
- Provided excellent customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Conducted routine safety checks of equipment and pool areas to maintain cleanliness and operational standards. Participated in monthly aquatic staff training.
