  • In my role as an Acquisition Program Manager for 555 SWEG, I provide a wide range of acquisition program management, analytical, technical and support services while working with software engineers and computer scientists to evaluate a wide range or software related items for procurement items and process 535s, AIG Form 9s, conduct data management, sufficiently understanding terminology and procedures, and provide training assistance in areas I am proficient. I can apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical research and development activities and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines to assist with the implementation of program directives. I apply analytical and evaluative methods to determine efficiencies and effectiveness of configuration and data management Integrated Data Environment (IDE) systems, implement policy and processes ensuring appropriate marking and management of data. I'm responsible for evaluating contractor proposals from a configuration standpoint, control requests for data from data accession listings, engineering data management, airworthiness and deficiency reporting requirements as specified in law, policy, military/industry specifications and standards and organizational directives, and careful planning, organizing and co-chairing conferences for assigned programs.   • Duties
  • Assesses progress in assigned projects/programs including cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements by applying known methods and procedures in SSOCS Standup reporting for TSAS, MDN and AR procurement of software.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities of functional specialists including contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics.
  • Reviews and documents formal meeting minutes to help track program objectives.
  • Prepares and presents MMR data for presentation to the Program Director and other management officials.
  • Provides Monthly Software Sustainment Organic Capability Standup Report for financial reporting of labor and purchasing material utilizing funding with multiple JONS.
  • Experience includes life cycle logistics management; acquisition management; international acquisition and logistics management processes and sustainment; supply requisitioning; materiel management; logistics, supply, systems analysis, transportation; and/or like experience by providing monthly financial data for KC-46 reporting.

Configuration and Data Management Specialist

  • In my role as a B52 TOMA lead, I work with project managers, evaluate ES/Engineering change requests and process engineering change orders, conduct data management, sufficiently understanding technical and procurement terminology and procedures, and provide training assistance. I maintain a strong knowledge of Department of Defense weapons system technical support, to include Technical Orders, TO acquisition and sustainment, Time Compliance Technical Orders, and knowledge of Nuclear Technical Orders maintenance concepts. I perform market research/analysis to determine availability of the requirement; analyzes market trends, commercial practices, conditions and technological advances to further the program with directives and service to the customer. I apply analytical and evaluative methods to determine efficiencies and effectiveness of configuration and data management Integrated Data Environment (IDE) systems, implement policy and processes ensuring appropriate marking and management of data. I analyze contracting issues and recommend best course of action. I plan and carry out the work, selecting the approaches and techniques used, and determine actions to be taken on assigned contracts.   • CM/DM DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Completed a rewrite of the 2023 TOLCVP (Technical Order Life Cycle Verification Plan.
  • Provides configuration, data, engineering data management, and deficiency reporting requirements for new and revised statements of work, requests for proposals, acquisition management plans, and other program documentation.
  • Lead cross-functional activities to meet agreed upon deadlines and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Ensures that technical documentation in the form of specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and engineering drawings, assess the functional allocated and product baselines are adequate by control/release procedures, approved and available.
  • Provide guidance in trouble-shooting and driving resolution of technical order management issues.
  • Apply the use of principles of negotiation as required to reconcile diverse opinions that can arise from conflicts in ECP/CCP evaluation, contracting, engineering data/data management, and audits.
  • Participates in formal technical reviews of contract end items such as Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR).
  • Evaluates Engineering Requests for Change (RC's), Rapid Action Changes (RAC's), and Proposed Change Requests (PCR's), for adequacy, completeness and compliance with directives.
  • Maintains Advanced Knowledge and complete program support to the LCSP (Life Cycle Sustainment Plan) relating to cost, scheduling and performance pf technical orders.

  • Monitors and provides alternative solutions for any issues with Block Cycle Updates (BCU) for wiring diagram technical data files and IETMS (Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals) relating to the book.
