Being from the city of Pittsburgh, I grew up surrounded by sports, and Pittsburghers sure love their sports teams. Because of this, I quickly fell in love with sports at a young age, especially baseball and football. I believe Pittsburghers are tough, responsible, and embody the idea of hard work with limited resources and money. This is something I have tried to imbue into my life because I take pride in being from Pittsburgh. I plan to use these ideals for my career, which I know I want to be involved with sports in some way. I love baseball, I hope to get a job one day involving baseball, and I think this internship would be a great learning experience for my major and would help put me in the right direction for that to happen.
