AAV crewman prepare AAVs for the tactical employment of troops and equipment during ship to shore movement and subsequent operations ashore.
  • - In addition to welding metal on Marine Corps equipment and vehicles, we would install, operate, maintain and repair various metal materials. Part of the duties involve examining drawings and work orders.
  • - Served as a Safety officer for the four years of enlistment giving safety briefs and conducting safety classes for annual and monthly training. Also did safety walkthroughs to make the work environment safer while providing feedback to higher ranking officers.
