Develop and Administer the Quality Control Lan for the project, following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control.

Certify that all submittals are in compliance with the contract requirements.

Support subcontractors on the development of their Activity Hazard Analysis for their definable features of work and ensure in field compliance.

Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction Process.

Provide documented evaluations, assessments, and CQC assistance and subcontractor personnel.

Manage contractor and subcontractor Daily Reports.

Inspection of commercial work to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code, Miami Dade County Code and other other applicable codes and regulations as it relates to building construction, alterations, and repair. Responsibilities for inspection of a variety of buildings and construction to determine whether plans, workmanship, and material conform to legally established requirements.

Work independently on field inspections for unsafe structures and routine office duties, consulting with a technical superior on unusual difficult situations.

Under the contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the Department of State's Diplomatic Courier. at the Miami airport terminal building. Provided Project Management overseeing combined renovations for the 1st level warehouse which included the vault room facilities, mezzanine offices. Rooftop construction which included the addition of a fence and electronic gate. In total the project consisted of 26,770 square feet

• Verified completed projects met approved time, quality and cost estimates.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied effective time, resource and money management strategies to delivery under-budget project completion.
• Communicated daily with vendors to keep project fully operational.
• Surveyed sites to determine material needs and accurately manage inventories and budgets.
• Reviewed construction documents, schedules, deliverables, submittals, RFI's, and safety.
• Participated in pre-construction, and progress meetings.
