· Senior criminal investigator responsible for the management and supervision of criminal investigators and support personnel for the CID Special Investigation Field Office (SIFO), Special Programs Unit (SPU)
· A subject matter expert that provides overall criminal investigative support to the U.S Army special access programs (SAP), designated sensitive activities, research, and other classified activities worldwide
· Attends sensitive meetings with key senior officials in the Pentagon and throughout the military, law enforcement, legal and intelligence communities
· Assigned as the Alternate Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) and manages the Alternative or Compensatory Control Measure (ACCM) and SAP portfolios for the Special Investigation Field Office.
· Routinely coordinates with the DOD and Joint SAPCO, Army Special Program Directorate (ASPD) as a voting member for all SAP related incidents and provides guidance and expertise for incidents

· Fosters a working relationship with the U.S Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and Headquarters, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) regarding classified projects
· Collaborated with JSOC Insider Threat Hub, applying NITTF standards to integrate law enforcement expertise into mitigating potential active shooter threat from employee which was successfully mitigated
· Conducts comprehensive vulnerability assessments, to include assessments of Insider Threat Programs, for classified destruction facilities, aimed at deterring, detecting, and mitigating potential threats from within their own workforce, and protecting classified information.
· Enforces the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), ICD 705, and NISPOM standards when conducting security vulnerabilities at secure and sensitive site locations
· Conducts monthly Insider Threat Hub meetings with various SMU's to provide guidance and investigative support as necessary
· Serves as the subject matter expert in law enforcement for the Insider Threat Hub panel and participates as a voting member, offering recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the Insider Threat Program
· Provides advice and recommendations to senior commanders and civilian directors on criminal investigations, physical security, insider threat assessments, and force protection matters
· Develops information and investigative reports that are clear, concise, and capable of disseminating with little or no review
