Walgreens Pharmacy – Depew, NY
- Organized blood pressure screenings at senior centers.
- Provided consultations and medication reviews to people in the community at local health and wellness fairs.

- Provided patient consultations and offered recommendations on appropriate use of OTC medications and ACIP recommended vaccinations in pregnant women.
- Collaborated with nurses and physicians regarding risk vs. benefit of medication use in the pregnant population.
- Reviewed medication history for tobacco use and provided patient care plans for tobacco cessation.
5. Institutional/ Inpatient (January 4, 2016 to March 25, 2016)
United Memorial Medical Center – Batavia, NY
- Attended rounds with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
- Performed vancomycin and warfarin dosing adjustments.
- Attended P&T committee meetings.
- Provided medication reconciliation in the ER by talking to patients and reaching out to community pharmacies for clarity.
- Developed and lead a research program regarding medication reconciliation and presented the findings to the hospital board and directors of pharmacy.
6. Community pharmacy (March 28, 2016 to May 6, 2016)

- Performed basic intern duties including counseling, immunizing, dispensing.
- Daily duty of reaching out to patient, physician, and insurance regarding prior authorization status.
- Learned the importance of adherence in relation to price adjustments of medications and acted with physicians and insurance companies for best options that would lead to increased adherence.
