Ran a 40 × 55 crew

Pulling back pipe bigger than double 6 inch and 4 inch.Also mixing mud and fusing poly together 4 -10 Inch pipe.Manage the vac crews to keep them ahead and make sure they where spotting the right utilities.Also preplan for concrete and flow able fill.Set 5×10 boxes and 4×3×3 boxes ,switch gear pads and transformer pads. Rod and rope conduits or blow twine.Then would pull in cable with conduit puller.Also did duct banks for ipl and set manholes. Also operated cat 308,50,and backhoe

Trained 2 new crews while running my own crew. We was using a 10×15 and a 20×22. We where doing neighborhoods.Pulling back usually 2 1.25.Also was the only one that had a cdl so I was the only one able to move equipment.Did everything from putting pipe in ro restoration

Ran a crew with a 40×55 till 10×15.Had to hand dig all utilities.Also set manholes there and boxes.Trained multiple operators and some that became foreman.Pulled in multiple fibers.Also did manhole work.Did everything from spotting to concrete and asphalt.
