Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support IT teams, manage priorities, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations aligned with business objectives. Strong focus on service value, governance, continual improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure management, including VMware virtualization, servers, storage, network architecture, firewalls, and system applications. Proven ability to align IT services with business outcomes, improve service reliability, reduce risk, and enhance user satisfaction. Strong background in managing on-prem and cloud-based environments across multiple locations. Focused on continuous improvement of IT operations, security, and user experience.
