Volunteered at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA on the Brain Rehab Unit. I observed the Rehab Team (mainly Physical Therapists) for 105 hours, Also assisted in different rehab exercises and helped dispose of soiled equipment.

• Cleaning the lifting equipment (barbells, dumbbells, plates, machines, etc.)
• Refilling spray bottles for athletes to spray down equipment after use
• Spotting athletes during lifts
• Sweeping floors and lifting platforms
• Washing towels
• Organized equipment and weights to look neat

• Inspecting all the churches at the beginning and end of the week to make sure everything is clean and working for both weekday and weekend masses
• Cleaning out storage rooms in the parish office
• Painting the church, church halls, church offices, and bathrooms
• Landscaping work which included, but not limited to: cutting grass, pulling weeds, mulching, snow shoveling, salting sidewalks, etc.
• Assisted in moving objects from one church to another
