Additional Information

I was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. Back at home, I own and operate three restaurants in Millbury and Westborough with my family. The Third restaurant was opened this summer where I had the pleasure of experiencing how to open and run a business from the ground up. From a young age, the leadership skills I've developed have certainly stuck with me as I began my journey as a first-generation college student.
I am a 21-year-old junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst majoring in economics. Aside from my academic endeavors, I wanted to join an organization to see how I can contribute to it. I decided to join one of the most prestigious fraternities on campus, Theta Chi, where I have held many important positions. I am currently a year into my term as Fraternity President.
Being President of a Fraternity has been nothing short of a full-time job. From daily meetings, constantly coordinating my chapter's affairs, and having to run an organization with over 80 members, this experience has truly given me the leadership qualities I can apply to excel in any field of work I may find myself in. Over the summer at the National Fraternity's annual convention, I was awarded the Chapter Excellence award and the Phil S. Randall Success in Recruitment award after being recognized as one of the very few members nationwide who were able to achieve the following in just one semester:
-Clearing my chapter's 3-year probation status.
-Earning 1st place in Greek life for most money fundraised to Baystate's Children's hospital and second place amongst the whole University.
-Recruiting 28 new members into the organization
-Achievement in social programming after hosting a large and organized concert where all proceeds went to children with cancer.
All of these experiences and achievements have sculpted me into a young adult who strives to go out of my comfort zone in order to succeed in any way possible.
