Helped launch a campaign at The College of New Jersey to eliminate harmful pesticides and herbicides from the college campus. So far a pilot program has been achieved and approved by the college facilitators where alternative organic land management methods are researched and tested on a plot of campus land. the campaign has also gotten land management staff to start testing the campus soil health. Local newspapers and radio stations have covered the campaign's success.

I enjoy reading and writing as well as various mediums of visual art such as painting and sketching. I hike nearly everyday where I collect specimens of plants that I take home, identify, and write about. I also identify various insects, arachnids, amphibians, and reptiles while hiking.
