PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

  • Experienced in all forms of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical drafting, design, engineering, fabrication and construction as related to General Civil, Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects including all forms of metal buildings and steel structures (from office/warehouse buildings to aircraft hangars, supporting structures, platforms and apparatuses), architectural and structural precast concrete for all applications (with expert knowledge of concrete mix design and associated chemistry, rheology, batch plant operations, bulk materials and commodities, concrete placement and finishing, etc.), medical gas systems (from bulk tanks to piping and outlets, life safety and electrical systems, equipment support and installation), A.S.M.E. pressure vessels, cogeneration design, water distribution, water storage and treatment plants, highway design and engineering (including pavements, bridges, right of ways, etc.) and material processing and mining related facilities.
  • Extensive experience in the design, engineering, fabrication, erection and repair of material handling equipment and systems (including expert knowledge of all types of lifting devices and conveyor systems) and their supporting structures including all related electrical systems and controls.
  • Fabrication and construction experience includes being a certified welder in both S.M.A.W. and G.M.A.W., a journeyman electrician with expert knowledge of motor controls and power distribution (including design, engineering, manufacturing systems, installation and repair), heavy equipment operator (including expert operational knowledge of all forms of cranes - overhead and mobile), millwright and steel erector/ironworker.
  • Experienced with processing permits and approvals from governmental agencies such as O.S.A./D.S.A., O.S.H.P.D., O.S.H.A., city and county building and planning departments all over the United States concerning the approval and submittal of engineering projects for owner’s, contractor’s and developer’s.
  • Extensive experience with computers and software including such programs as AutoCAD, Microstation, Primavera, Microsoft Office Suite Programs (including Project and Access), Sage Timberline, structural and geometric design programs, all forms of P.C. and mainframe operations related hardware and software.
  • Extensive experience with project management, development and specification, project planning, scheduling and controls, resource allocation and distribution, document control, interface and discipline coordination, writing and negotiating contracts, client and employee relations, office management, budget development, quantity reporting and tracking, project budget forecasting, change management/pay application processing, requests for information submittals and all forms of project estimating.
  • Expert working knowledge and experience with/of construction law including legal notifications, writing and documenting legal briefs and memorandums, discovery and associated documentation, depositions, legal motions and court filings, negotiations and litigation.
