• This was a CIO advisory role where I usually provided governance and oversight to engineering or network operations programs, occasionally to run the team in the absence of a program owner
• Client: Paccar Financial – Delivered Future State Architecture for modernization of their captive finance division of this heavy truck manufacturer
• Client: Southern California Edison – Created Solution Architecture and drove all architecture efforts, then oversaw development efforts for multiple phases of Digital Transformation project. Multiple international teams reported to me both in California and in India
• Client: WESCO Distribution Company – CIO Advisor: proposed and drove the creation of the governance program for the IT transformation programs, most of which were run by outsourced system integrators

Founded and Led the high performing Segment Architecture team within IT Enterprise Architecture, responsible for providing strategic alignment, solution architecture, governance, and oversight for all major programs within Microsoft IT’s strategic investment portfolio ($230M/yr out of a $1.2B annual budget)

• Supported with Volume Licensing, Digital Distribution, SAP/ERP/Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Sales Management, Microsoft Retail, and Microsoft eCommerce (Operations Digital Council) segments
• Grew the EA function, developed guidelines and oversaw team commitments, career model, and hiring. Enhanced team collaboration and normalized the approach, improving satisfaction of internal stakeholders
• Improved delivery of architectural artifacts by implementing Segment Engagement Maturity Model and adopting a trimmed TOGAF framework

• Led the design and implementation of the primary product (online learning and ecommerce system) in this venture funded startup
• Provided strategic direction for product development, resulting in high-quality offerings that resonated with customers'' needs and preferences
• Recruited, interviewed and hired new staff members and developed team structure and SDLC processes for 15 FT employees and 4 contractors
