TDR Lead (Trailer Dock Release) is a job that only certified associates who have gone through training are allowed to do.

• Make sure the trailers are safely secured to the dock and all gear is stable and operational.
• Communicated with Area Managers and Process Assistants about the operation process.
• Help improve safety while associates are working in the trailer yard.

• Adhered to safety regulations in a fast-paced environment
• Operated cash register efficiently and accurately, processed payments by cash, check, credit card, gift card or automatic debit.
• Counted money in cash drawer at the beginning of shift to ensure that amounts were correct and have sufficient change.
• Ensured compliance with all safety regulations within the store environment.
• Performed other duties as assigned by management.
• Helped customers find specific products, answered questions and offered product advice.
• Trained new team members in cash register operation, stock procedures and customer services.
