  • Holding Field Radio Operator billet
  • Deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve: maintaining various nets throughout the deployment and ensuring all Marines and vehicle leaving the wire had sufficient and operational communications gear.
  • Constructed a make-shift antenna dipole with slash wire and tent poles to communicate with higher headquarter off an HF shot more than 100mi away. This antenna model served as the blueprint for the rest of the battalion during the following exercises.
  • Maintained Lima Company's communication equipment readiness during Company, Battalion and Regimental wide inspections.
  • Taught numerous hours of radio communication classes to the infantrymen of V37.
