Projects

Snow Kicksled Design  —  Designing a kicksled using CAD: NX  Software

Tasked with designing a functional kick sled, starting with identifying customer requirements and conducting market research. Created three initial concepts and refined them through multiple iterations, focusing on key factors like foldability, portability, and the ability to accommodate both children and adults After evaluating the concepts using a  specification and scoring matrix, selecting the best design and modeled it  using NX software. The final design incorporated lightweight materials, such as carbon for the skis and aluminum for the frame. Also included creating detailed assembly drawings and addressing design challenges like  part alignment and hinge placement.
