Hi, I'm Nicole Dinco. I thought this would be a great way to start stepping in the right direction to help me grow within AAAlife. I have gained alot of courage after being a speaker for my team (DCC) at the NB summit. Ive gained alot of recognition for being the only one to step up and talk about what we all do. With this, i thought it would be a good idea to start taking charge or at least a step in the right direction.

Currently I'm working as a imaging assistant in the DCC. I have been here for 4 years and have a strong understanding of the ins and outs of this department. Currently I'm sending policy packages to our customers via EPolicy, USPS mail and sometimes via Fedex. Im also incharge of 2 inboxes to handle request from our agents and other team leads within the company. I would also like to add that im a key voice in the DCC and am not scared to jump outside of my comfort zone.
