Plan, supervise, and advocate for resident activities that will benefit their quality of life. Day to day responsibilities include, organizing departmental documentation, annual reports, updating care plans, and preserving an environment that is conductive to sensory enrichment for the residents. Providing care and working within the state of Kentucky scope of practice of SRNA (CNA)

Oversee women and children in transitional home & graduate house. Responsibilities include organizing volunteer involvement, budgeting with residents, collecting residents house fees, interviewing and screening residents & volunteers, organizing networking & fundraising events. Other roles include advocating for the families by attending court, communicating with social services, and educating residents on budgeting & life skills.

Form relationships, communicate and interact effectively with individuals and groups. Promote safety and respect patients rights. Demonstrate comprehension related to individuals emotional, mental, physical & social needs through skillful. direct nursing-related activities. Assist individuals to attain and maintain functional independence in a home or health care facility. Promote & support care of residents' rights. Observe & document skills required to reporting of people's health, safety, welfare, physical & mental condition and general well being. Provide safe nursing related activities under supervision of an RN or LPN. Bathe, feed, ADL's, ROM, transport, transfer, assist with filling and refilling med planner, and all things under the New Hampshire scope of practice for an LNA.
