Repair, maintain and operate automated packaging machinery and mechanical equipment such as, Continuous motion Cartoner, Dual Lane Tray Former, Electric Motors, Pneumatic cylinders, Hot Melt adhesive Dispenser, Conveyor / Belt systems and all other related equipment.

• Conduct on site servicing, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for various electrical and manufacturing equipment including a 24 head beverage filling system (CFT), industrial cartoner, can carrier handle applicator, automated keg machine (Lambrechts), and Depalletizer.
• Using CMMS increased Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting and repair of photoelectric/ Proximity sensors. Conveyance systems, VFDs, PLCs, 3 Phase motors, Pneumatic Cylinder operated machinery.
• Executed daily performance checks and blow downs for the brewery's boiler, chiller, and water filtration systems.
• Coordinated external technician support and scheduled routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic plumbing needs using copper sweating and solvent welding.
