Overhauled an ineffective method of SINGCARS installation, increasing the quality of the end product and saving up to $20K in replacement costs. In another situation, found a creative solution to pulling cable that cut installation time of100 yards of cable from1.5 hours down to10 minutes. In a Quality Assurance function, recommended a policy change to a Site Lead, leading to an immediate policy change on the project. Also created a unique solution to a signal degradation problem that was implemented company-wide and became standard procedure.
