  • OFM responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Finance:
  • Allocate resources to provide capabilities deemed necessary to accomplish the CRT missions IAW the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES)
  • Budget preparation and planning: intramural proposals, extramural grants, and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs)
  • Financial Execution: Track funding from Core Budget Estimate (CBE) to disbursement

  • Develop spend plans to meet execution targets
