Personal Statement

I bring to the table nearly 8 years of networking within the building, having excellent relationships with people in many departments both locally, nationally, and internationally. This has proved very useful on multiple occasions where collaboration was necessary to keep things rolling. I also have an extensive background in people management and scheduling, having been Store/General Manager for several restaurants in different classifications, running a successful Equestrian business for 16 years, and was a shift lead at the Target distribution center in Oconomowoc just prior to my tenure here. I have been very eager to advance my skills here in I&I and do hope that the Laboratory Scientist II will pave the way for an expanded repertoire of skills.
