Project Administrator = handled onboarding, timecards and paperwork for PacificCorp project (Happy Camp, Archie Creek, Lincoln City). Worked with multiple sub-contractors assisting them with new hires, tracking equipment, paperwork, timecards and answered all types of questions. Use of multiple computer applications.
Project Coordinator = EA and EVM programs for PG&E. Oversaw multiple PIs in El Dorado County. Worked with Undgerground Construction very close so program ran smoothly. Multiple meetings, handled phone calls, emails, texts, multitasking. Ran multiple daily reports, quality control and training. Handled refusal customers and complaints.
PI/QC/Tree Crew PI = LNU fire for PG&E. Started out as a PI, patrolling fire burned area where lines are. Marking trees needing worked. Started to QC work from other PI's working the fire. As a tree crew PI I would line up work for tree crews, verify customers have been notified, if needed. Worked with the general foreman to confirm trees needing worked got done and to make sure work was done correctly. Verify tree crews were being safe in the field and following policies and procedures.
PI/Wood Mgmt/Stump Inspector = Camp Fire for PG&E. Started as a PI patrolling lines for hazard trees after the fire. Worked with tree crews and PG&E to make sure that once trees were worked that wood and debris would be dealt with. Asked to do a special project checking stumps to confirm if we cut the tree or not. Once that was determined I had to find out where the tree was. Lots of research using Collector, speaking with homeowners, tree crews and neighbors to determine which trees go to which property.
PI = Dead or dying program for Liberty Utilities. Inspect trees along the lines to determine if they are dead of dying. Gathered data on each tree, spoke with homeowners, worked in multiple computer applications.
Worked wildland fires as a firefighter. Hiked through rough terrain at times to get to the correct location. Extinguished fires with water and/or hand tools. Knowledge of base camps and PPE gear. Responded to traffic accidents, house fires and utility fires in town and surrounding areas. Pulled tree branches and brush into piles, fell small trees, cut wood into firewood rounds. Operated and ran a wood chipper. Knowledge of power tools, fire equipment, OSHA and ANSI.
