Receives and transmits emergency and urgent information via radio, computer, and telephone to pre-hospital and in-house

personnel. Alerts and dispatches the various Code teams within the hospital. Serves as a liaison for the Security Department, physicians, referring hospitals, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and other pre-hospital care providers. Performs the function of the hospital operator during specific hours.

Providing ALS emergency response and transportation for all ages of the community. Including higher level of care and ICU transfers, Pediatric Behavioral and Procedure transportation, Skilled Nursing Facility and Surgical Center emergency response.
