Nicole Tirado

Skilled law enforcement officer with experience in many aspects of the criminal justice

system looking to motivate students through my background. Have made significant

educational impact in previous roles through successful community engagement

initiatives and public speaking events. Demonstrated ability to educate various types

of groups, have first hand knowledge of the criminal justice system, and maintain high

standards of integrity and professionalism.

• Trained other officers on the job in order to successfully pass their probationary period and be well equipped law enforcement officers.
• Educated sophomore students from surrounding high schools about the court system along side the State’s Attorney, Public Defenders, Judges and more. Held mock arraignments and trials with the students multiple times a year.
• Designed and implemented FEMA material to educate professionals and the public on crisis response and management through public speaking events or online zoom meetings.
• Coached basketball to eight year old children seasonally resulting in a championship qualification. Designed specific drill plans to help develop growth.

• Through the Windham Recreational Department, volunteered to coach eight year old children seasonally during the basketball season.
