- Performs quantitative and qualitative vascular tests including carotid duplex imaging, upper and lower extremity venous studies, venous insufficiency studies, upper and lower extremity arterial studies, and abdominal vascular studies.
- Process improvement champion with a history of implementing new procedures and technologies, as well as working with the Main Line Health Vascular Affinity group to mainstream all vascular policies and procedures.
- Initiated and currently facilitates monthly Vascular Lab Lead meetings across Main Line Health to encourage support and relay pertinent information across the system.
- Helped develop step-by-step training for end-users to ensure seamless transition following Epic launch.
- Successfully obtained and currently maintain accreditation of the Riddle Vascular Lab through the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) in extracranial cerebrovascular testing, peripheral venous testing, peripheral arterial testing and visceral vascular testing.
- Collaborated with PACS team, McKesson and GE representatives to troubleshoot and correct measurement and data transfer issues from the GE ultrasound machines across Main Line Health, prior to Epic launch.
- Routinely conducts quality assurance audits of diagnostic imaging and final reports to ensure compliance with IAC standards and presents findings in departmental bi-annual meetings.
