• Maintained personal computers, laptops, and printers within the training center by upgrading operating systems, performing data back-ups, installing/uninstalling software and hardware, and working to fix any network communication problems
• Ordered all computer/network related equipment and software to include fiber optic cables and data storage materials
• Set-up all audio-visual equipment throughout the training center and provided support for technical issues
• Coordinated numerous computer related courses for internal Hewlett Packard employees and external customers by maintaining student satisfaction, managing hardware and software inventory needed for course delivery, developing new programs or schedules, and partnering with area vendors to ensure appropriate material were delivered
