  • Features Assistant Editor, January 2012-December 2016: Managed multiple sections with a focus on homes, fashion and family content.
  • Season for Caring Editor, June 2009-Present: Manage a seasonal charity campaign. Select 12 families from local nonprofit agencies to profile from Thanksgiving to New Year's to raise awareness about the needs in the community. Manage 12 reporters, work with photographers, web producers, shoot and produce videos, write and edit content to appear daily in the Austin American-Statesman. Since 1999, we've raised $21.6 million for the community and now raise $1.5 million-plus a year.
