I am a passionate culinary and hospitality professional with a decade in the industry. For me, the most satisfying part of any job is seeing how my creativity and strong leadership shapes both the items I create for a menu and how my guests enjoy them. Knowing I had a touch on every step of that experience it’s important to me. As a leader, I believe taking in taking responsibility for my team. I guide my kitchens with a firm but fair hand. Additionally, as a manager, I am skilled at budget creation, inventory management, menu pricing and development, and labor cost control.
