  • Assembling the 331-200 & 331-250 Engine's Gearbox and Driven Compressor section.
  • Pressing bearings, installing packing's, applying engine lubrication, and signing off on critical paperwork.
  • Assembling IGV housing/vanes in accordance with Honeywell's 331-200/250 CMM and IPC.
  • Responsible for the assembly, testing, and travelers related to LRUs, components, parts and tools.
  • Secondary responsibilities consist of disassembly, cleaning, analytical inspection, rework schemes, painting, packaging, and other duties as assigned.
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, or other technical data to determine the feasibility and method to perform the assigned task.
  • Replace or repair damaged/worn engine parts and component parts using general hand tools, special tools, pneumatic tools and precision measuring equipment. (Assemble the components with same tools and equipment).
  • Accurately complete work orders, BOMs, data inputs within ERP system.
  • Read and understand Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO documentations and other related materials.
