As a Team Lead at Peak Adventures I have many responsibilities. I have to contact clients when they have finalized their contract with the company and I am put on the program. I receive their goals and expectations for the day that I then use to create an itinerary for the program day. On the day of the program I prep my team on what the day should look like and set up the course for the client. When the client arrives we greet them and begin the day. Along with supporting my team for the day I lead team building activities and belay elements on the course.
