Competent with Pyxis ES software and Pyxis machines in order to assign medications verified by pharmacy with appropriate quantities, loading medications to make available for nursing staff
Responsible for overnight troubleshooting of pyxis machines if software/hardware issues occur
Full access to narcotic vault and handling narcotic drugs for delivery, compounding and aseptic compounding for pregnant patients, post surgical adults, pediatric and neonatal patients
Proficient in aseptic technique within a laminar flow hood
