Outside of work, I’m a nerdy jokester with a deep passion for nutrition and exercise science. I love diving into the science behind health and wellness, constantly exploring new research and applying it to optimize my own routines. My curiosity also extends to making connections between seemingly unrelated fields, often discovering how insights from one area can enrich understanding in another.

As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new restaurants, cuisines, and dishes to try. While I may not be a master in the kitchen, I can definitely appreciate the art of a well-prepared meal!

I’m also an avid board game collector and game night host, with a collection of over 200 games. Whether strategizing with complex games or just having a laugh with friends, I enjoy the social aspect and the mental challenge board games bring.
