Duties include answering customer questions regarding their insurance products, resolving elevated billing issues, coverage questions, I have also worked through some very difficult situations to ensure that the customer was completely satisfied with the end result. I worked on the Insight Pilot for Auto and Home; I assisted in the training classes and helped new users in problem solving and answering questions that were asked in the chat after they were on the phones using Insight. Process the team huddle board worked on team pends and errors. I was on the elevated team; this consisted of handling elevated calls from agents and customers when the advocates were not able to de-escalate them. Prior to accepting that I was in resource answering chats for our team mates with solutions and assistance. I worked closely with underwriting department handling, approvals and declines for policies new and old, Answer agents in chats and on phones. The was the underwriting support team.
