• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.

Process Optimization & Automation:

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytics processes.
• Leverage advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis) to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment on analytical needs.

Projects management related to automation of various the WFM process that involves RPI

• Implementation of AI in various processes and execute and plan expansion
• Crises management process and planning mitigation recovery strategies
• Identifying scope of automation that leads to time and money/FTE saving
• Planning volume allocation between shared sites and implementing BCP
• Implementation of functional configuration, testing/validating, and managing the transition to go-live
• Lead project team meetings efficiently and with intended results
• Strong Documentation of the processes and relevant teams/stakeholders
• Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team
• Performing feasibility studies and continuously gauging the ROI in a project to assess the potential benefits of automating processes
