Job Profile:

• Overall responsibility of running the Division
• Project planning for fabrication & Installation and Raw material sourcing
• Project Estimation & budget cost preparation
• Cost controlling
• Project Scheduling and monitoring
• Technical documentation for obtaining certification & approval
• Technical support to sales personnel canvassing the job, Client negotiation on technical matters
• Shop floor coordination with workshop on fabrication & process
• Site management in installation and handing over
• Coordinating to Accounts Dept for Project invoicing and Payment follow up

Job Profile:

• Preparation of detailed Estimation of all kind of Steel works
• Quantity takeout and prepare final bill of quantities as per the drawings and Specifications
• Review the estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work
• Cost controlling
• Site Visit & Meeting
• Setting the team direction & assigning the work
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

• Finalizing the prepared offer after the discussion with Division Manager
