Led 3 different teams - Doc Library , DOC API's and Mobile signing eXp in parallel for the core products such as eSign/DSig , CLM. Responsible for 1P, 3P and 5P and strategic cost optimizations and tech debt reduction. Pave way for Microservice Architecture and Services consolidation across products.

Document Library team:

• Lead team of 7 engineers and 6 Quality Assurance Engineers who are responsible for core document conversion libraries, data conversion , Data scanning.
• Performed cost Benefit analysis on libraries used and provided design to develop in-house or extend current libraries /open source to support certain conversions saving about $1M in contract renewal.
• Worked on design and impact analysis on client usage of libraries and worked with product of either deprecating features that has no revenue helping to clean up and define defines responsibilities for team.
• Consolidating spread across systems of conversion across Docusign's products (eSign, CLM ) and deviced execution strategy for Centralized system thus reducing and repurposing hardware , more focused product execution and growth.
• Outsourced calls to readily available cloud products for conversion/data scanning in certain types than to support in house.
• Defined Agile SCRUM process for team to track down effort spent , speed of delivery , Project timelines

Document API team:

• Team is responsible for API's that are exposed to clients to manage document in envelope.
• Built ground up Azure microservice which is single entry point of DOC creation , upload , Download along with versioning of documents storage for each signing - having its own validation interceptors , Gateway and Storage components.

Storage team : ( Migration of Onprem Data to Azure Cloud)

• Managed team for 12 folks to run successful Data migration of OnPrem data to cloud (CosmosDB / Azure Blob Storage).
• Successfully migration 15 PB of data from Onprem to cloud , Worked on high level infra enablement , design , execution and metrics handling , client and stakeholder management.

• Led and managed diverse team of professionals, including Software Development Engineers, System Development Engineers, System Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Software Development Tools Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Software Development Managers.

Tech /SW stacks used : AWS , Java8 , DynamoDB, S3, Targeters , DataPurchase workflows , Digital Payment GW implementations / Gurupa / REST API's/ ECS/AWS Lambda/

Amazon KINDLE:

• Headed delivery of core KINDLE Amazon platform, transitioning from in-house developed framework to distributed system architecture of templates and plugin-driven model.
• Implemented self-service model for 37 clients, improving efficiency and user experience.
• Defined and delivered tech roadmap and platform implementation of payment parity across retail and digital buying processes within Amazon.
• Created external buy box integration for directly buying books (one-click buy) from anywhere, such as email or third-party sites.

Amazon PRIME:

• Defined, delivered, and orchestrated implementation of EU-MFA law regulation for Prime acquisition and retention space, collaborating with 33 teams across Amazon.

• Led team of 30 professionals, managing their tasks and ensuring successful delivery of business solutions within defined sprints and quarters, resulting in achieving revenue targets.
